Knowledge Vector signs Joint Marketing deal with VERITAS

DURHAM, NC, January 2005 – Knowledge Vector has entered into an agreement with VERITAS to integrate their application performance management system, VERITAS I3™, into the Knowledge Switch™. The I3 system will provide extremely granular monitoring, diagnosis, and reporting of all aspects of our system operation. From the client's keyboard strokes to storage, we will obtain detailed information on all KSX performance metrics in real time as well as historically.

This merging of Knowledge Vector, Inc. and VERITAS technologies also provides us with the ability to apply our MicroBroadcasting® technology to alert the proper system administrator of the operational concerns of each area within an enterprise system and affect corrections when required. By integrating our technologies with VERITAS' utility computing systems, we can provide our clients with notification and control capabilities far beyond any currently deployed information technologies management.
