Knowledge Vector signs Master Teaming Agreement with Johnson Controls, Inc.

DURHAM, NC, January 2006 – Knowledge Vector has entered into a master teaming agreement with Johnson Controls, Inc., a $34 billion automotive systems and facilities and management control company, to jointly market the Knowledge Switch real-time intelligence solution to better serve the facilities management, government, and healthcare industries.

Johnson Controls, which has 59 years of consecutive sales increases, has over 120,000 employees in 574 offices worldwide. With contracts in forty percent of U.S. hospitals as well as a significant presence in the U.S. government / military, and commercial buildings (facilities management), Johnson Controls has a reputation that put it in the 2005 Industry Week ranking as one of the top 50 U.S. manufacturing companies.

This partnership between Knowledge Vector and Johnson Controls gives Johnson Controls the ability to add a new product suite that help Johnson Controls to increase their market share and enhance their image as innovators among their client and prospect bases. By integrating the Knowledge Switch solution with Johnson Controls’ customer base, Johnson Controls and Knowledge Vector can provide our clients with capabilities far beyond any currently deployed command and control environment and ensure that those with a “need-to-know” are “first-to-know.”
