Knowledge Vector, Inc. and Johnson Controls, Inc. to
team up for ISC West Conference
Durham,
North Carolina, April 2006 - Knowledge Vector, Inc. has
teamed up with Johnson Controls, Inc. to present an
integrated solution for both creating and upgrading
Command and Control Center environments for the security
industry.
Knowledge Vector’s product, the Knowledge Switch®,
provides an
intelligent system of collection, analysis, and
dissemination of critical information to need-to-know
personnel. The Knowledge
Switch® solution addresses the pervasive knowledge gap
by implementing real-time intelligence gathering and
communication.
“The Knowledge Switch is a dynamic tool that gives
security professionals the flexibility to integrate
every security component into one intelligent system,”
commented former chief security officer of Kraft Foods,
Greg Halvacs.
Today, technology changes in nanoseconds. You can future
proof your investments by optimizing your existing data
sources. The Knowledge Switch® sensor plugin interface
allows connectivity to virtually any data source using
standard or proprietary formats and protocols. That’s
not all. With the Knowledge Switch®, you are doing more
than simply fusing your existing subsystems. The
addition of temporal logic provides an entirely new set
of values from that same set of subsystems, bringing
increased value to your existing investment. In
addition, implementation can be incremental. You can
start small and then add functionality as your planning
and budget allows.
When combined with Johnson Controls’ Metasys and the
P2000 security management system, the combination of
Johnson Controls and Knowledge Vector provides
capabilities far beyond any currently deployed command
and control environment by ensuring quick delivery on a
need-to know basis. This product will be available for
viewing in booth 22079 at the ISC West Conference in Las
Vegas, Nevada from April 5th to 7th, 2006.
