Knowledge Vector presents at Aviation and Airport Security Preparedness Workshop in Atlanta

Durham, North Carolina, November 6, 2006 – Knowledge Vector (KVI), a provider of Enterprise Awareness Management solutions and the Knowledge Switch®, recently presented to the Aviation and Airport Security Preparedness Workshop in Atlanta, Georgia on October 31, 2006, at the invitation of CIFAL Atlanta. CIFAL is the North American affiliate office of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR).

Graham Mew (Presiden of KVI) presented Knowledge Vector’s solution to twenty-eight high-level key decision makers from Chinese airport, university, and municipal organizations who were attending the week-long private training program. Representatives from the U.S. Department of Transportation, the Transportation Safety Administration, and the Department of Homeland Security also attended. The workshop was designed to create a platform for aviation and airport officials from China and the U.S. to share knowledge and best practices in the areas of aviation and airport security preparedness. Mr. Mew provided a demonstration of the Knowledge Switch® solution that featured its robust capabilities for achieving airport security by linking together various private and public agencies. The Knowledge Vector solution is currently being implemented at Reagan Washington National Airport as part of the PBSS (Potomac Basin Security System) and, as such, offers critical expertise that can be extended to international airport venues.
